Thank you for your support of the 4th Annual International Conference on Digital Humanities for East Asia Classics (DHEAC2025). Registration for the conference is now open. Please be sure to complete your registration in a timely manner to ensure your participation.
Registration Deadline
Please complete your registration no later than 23:59:59 on June 30, 2025. Early registrants will be given priority for booking rooms at the designated conference hotels with a discounted rate. Room availability is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration Fees and Policies
- The registration fee is RMB 1200 per person (including postdoctoral researchers).
- Full-time students (undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral) are eligible for a 50% discount, paying RMB 600 per person. Student status must be verified with a valid student ID at the conference check-in; otherwise, the full fee will be collected on site.
- Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of each participant.

Invoice Issuance and Reimbursement
If you choose to pay by scanning the QR code, please follow the instructions within the registration form to provide your invoice information. Electronic invoices will be issued to your email after the conference concludes.

Accommodation Survey
The organizing committee has arranged preferential rates at two conference-designated hotels (discounted rates apply only to those who have completed registration payment). Please complete the accommodation survey no later than 23:59:59 on June 22, 2025. After this deadline, the committee will no longer process hotel booking requests. Please arrange your own accommodation thereafter. Thank you for your understanding.
