* The organizing committee will provide information on discounted hotels. Participants wishing to make reservations through the committee should submit reservation information during online registration. A deposit is required for discounted hotels. Please note that a 30% cancellation fee applies after deposit payment. For changes after the online registration deadline, participants should contact the hotel directly.
