五、交通安排
工作坊期间不提供专属接送车辆，请各自安排前往会场的交通。26日至27日，上午7:30及8:00将有班车从指定酒店(仁寺洞IBIS酒店）发往会议场地，车辆容量为40人。为便于统筹安排，请通过以下链接填写您的姓名以预约席位。26日及27日会议结束后不设返程班车，请自行安排行程。

六、注册费缴纳
注册费于报到当日现场缴纳，接受美元、韩元或人民币现金，请参考当日汇率自行选择币种。每位参与者的注册费金额已在各自的邀请函中注明。
七、机场至酒店交通
请自行安排从机场前往住宿酒店的交通。建议在机场购买交通卡并充值，方便在首尔期间乘坐公共巴士和地铁，亦可用于便利店消费。
八、支付方式建议
建议携带可在境外使用的国际信用卡。部分商店支持支付宝或微信支付，但为避免不便，携带一张国际信用卡更为稳妥。
九、网络使用
首尔的公共巴士、地铁及部分公共场所提供免费Wi-Fi。为确保网络畅通无阻，建议开通国际漫游或购买当地SIM卡。
十、地图导航
建议在手机上提前安装地图应用。百度地图和高德地图在韩国可用，但部分信息不够完整，推荐使用NAVER地图或谷歌地图以获得更准确的导航服务。

2. Extended Abstract Submission Deadline
Presenters please note: June 30 is the deadline for submitting your revised extended abstract. Please send your revised abstract to [email protected]. The file name must use the first author’s email address.
3. Proof of Student Enrollment
If you are currently an enrolled student, please scan your proof of student status and send it to [email protected].
4. Draft Program
The draft program has been completed. Please use the link below to view it. Kindly check your personal information carefully. If you need to change your workshop session, revise your paper title, or update author information, please do so directly before June 30. No changes will be accepted after June 30.

5. Transportation
No dedicated shuttle service is provided during the workshop period — please arrange your own transportation to the venue. On June 26 and 27, shuttle buses will depart from the designated hotel（insadong Ibis hotel） to the conference venue at 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM. The shuttle accommodates up to 40 passengers. To help us coordinate arrangements, please register your name via the link below. No return shuttle will be available after the conference on June 26 or 27 — please make your own arrangements.

6. Registration Fee
Registration fees are to be paid in cash on the day of check-in. USD, KRW, or CNY are all accepted. Please check the exchange rate on the day and choose your preferred currency. Each participant’s registration fee is specified in their individual invitation letter.
7. Airport to Hotel Transportation
Please arrange your own transportation from the airport to your hotel. It is recommended that you purchase and top up a transit card at the airport for convenient use on public buses and the subway throughout your stay in Seoul. Transit cards can also be used for purchases at convenience stores.
8. Payment Methods
We recommend bringing a credit card that works internationally. Some shops accept Alipay or WeChat Pay, but to avoid any inconvenience, carrying an international credit card is advisable.
9. Internet Access
Free Wi-Fi is available on Seoul’s public buses, in the subway, and at various public locations. However, to ensure uninterrupted connectivity, we recommend activating international roaming or purchasing a local SIM card.
10. Navigation Apps
Please install a map application on your phone before arrival. Baidu Maps and Amap (Gaode) work in Korea but may have limited information. We recommend NAVER Maps or Google Maps for more accurate navigation.

6. 등록비 납부
등록비는 등록 당일 현장에서 현금으로 납부하시면 됩니다. 미국 달러(USD), 한국 원(KRW), 중국 위안(CNY) 모두 사용 가능합니다. 당일 환율을 확인하신 후 원하시는 통화를 선택해 주십시오. 각 참가자의 등록비는 개별 초청장에 명시되어 있습니다.
7. 공항에서 숙소까지 교통
공항에서 숙소까지의 교통편은 개별적으로 준비해 주시기 바랍니다. 공항에서 교통카드를 구매하여 충전해 두시면 서울 체류 기간 동안 버스와 지하철을 편리하게 이용하실 수 있습니다. 교통카드는 편의점 결제에도 사용 가능합니다.
8. 결제 수단
